Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Fine Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1⁄2 tsp Salt
  • 1⁄8 tsp Pepper
  • 1⁄4 tsp Sage

Instructions

Mix together everything but the egg. Beat the egg slightly and then add that too. Knead the lot together. Shape into balls, dump into a stew, or better still, rindsrouladen, about 15-20 minutes before it’s done, turn about every 5 minutes. Done.
